Cassandra Lanning, skin therapist / electrologist -
Cassandra has been a practicing electrologist in Washington state since 1996. In 2000 she was certified at the Rocky Mountain Laser College in Denver, Colorado as a laser hair removal technician. Wanting to stay at the forefront of her field, Cassandra became a Washington state licensed esthetican in 2007. And always looking forward to new possibilities, Cassandra became a certified sugaring practitioner in 2008.
In obtaining her esthetician's license and sugaring certification, Cassandra has become one of very few professionals in Washington state to be proficient at four different methods of hair removal; electrolysis, laser, waxing, and sugaring.
Cassandra opened The Bathery in 2006 while in beauty school, and in 2008 she added skincare and sugaring services.
Since it's inception, The Bathery has aspired to set itself apart from the typical day spa business model with it's dedication to continuing education in all aspects of skin health and wellness.
Cassandra achieves this by educating her clients on the effects of their everyday activities on their skin health. This comprehensive approach to skin health focuses on the needs of the skin, internally and externally, and is delivered in a comfortable, fun and relaxing atmosphere.
This dedication to clients skin has earned The Bathery a place in the Top 5 Best Facials in the Best of Western Washington Competition two years in a row.
In 2011 Cassandra began training in the Pastiche Method of Advanced Skin Analysis, and began studies to become NCEA certified, a national accreditation.
